Herb Welch returned to Saturday Night Live, hitting people in the face with his microphone and handing out insults like water. And, of course, Welch had to fake a heart attack before being taken away by police. Welch is the rudest, yet funniest news reporter on the planet and Hader made us all nostalgic as we watched him play the character once again.
