Taylor Swift has done it all.
She has many celebrity friends and fans. She’s one of the most celebrated artists in history. And she’s really pulling off that red lipstick. Good for her.
Now, she’s getting even more recognition from one of the coolest museums around.
Wax On
Every Swiftie needs to walk – not run – to one of the many Madame Tussaud museums in order to see the singer’s newest wax stand-in. According to a press release from the Nashville branch, 13 (Taylor’s favorite number) new wax figures are launching across four continents.
The museum recognizes this as their most ambitious launch in their 250 year history.
Over 40 artists worked for 14 months on the 13 figures that feature Swift in outfits from her recent record shattering “Eras Tour.” Fans can find the figures in Hollywood, Las Vegas, New York, Orlando, and Nashville.
Below are the locations of five of the wax figures:
“‘Speak Now’ lands in Hollywood – dressed in the lilac Nicole + Felicia embellished ballgown featuring a spectacular ombre tiered tulle skirt specially recreated by the designer for the new figure. The look is finished with a complementary blue to purple detailed bespoke Rebel microphone, the company behind the original microphone designs Taylor used during Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour.”
“‘Fearless’ takes center stage in Las Vegas – the gold-fringed Roberto Cavalli mini-dress worn throughout Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour was specially recreated by the designer for this new figure and is accompanied by crystallized Christian Louboutin knee-high boots, donated by the fashion house, and a matching gold-to-black glittered bespoke Rebel microphone.”

“‘Midnights’ is the headline act in New York – the multicolored tinsel jacket, midnight blue Zuhair Murad embellished playsuit with fringe detailing, matching garter and matching crystallized boots have all been recreated by the talented Madame Tussauds studio artists, accessorized with a midnight blue glittered bespoke Rebel microphone.”
“‘reputation’ leads the way in Orlando – dressed in the iconic black sequined Roberto Cavalli catsuit with red snake embellishment detail and matching Roberto Cavalli boots, recreated especially by the fashion label, this look has been a staple across the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour. The look is complete with matching bespoke Rebel microphone.”
“‘evermore’ takes up residence in Nashville – taking inspiration from Taylor Swift’s | The Eras Tour’s Nashville performance, the new figure is styled in a replica of Etro’s enchanting floor-length mustard colored dress. The look is finished with matching bespoke Rebel microphone.”
These figures and others will appear in Shanghai, Amsterdam, Berlin, Blackpool, Budapest, Hollywood, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, London, Nashville, New York, Orlando and Sydney locations.
Wax Off
Madame Tussauds is known for its countless life size wax figures that portray famous historical figures, celebrities and even television and movie characters. The museum started in London in 1835 – expanding to other countries and cities in the middle of the 20th century. North America’s first site was in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1997. There are also locations in California, Tennessee and New York City.
“Taylor Swift is a generational icon and a cultural powerhouse. Madame Tussauds has a centuries-old legacy of holding a mirror up to the world of fame, immortalizing the profiles that are making an imprint on the day’s culture. Taylor Swift’s influence spans music, fashion, film, activism and even the economy,” said Laura Sheard, Global Brand Director at Madame Tussauds.
“The phenomenal success of her record-smashing tour is the perfect moment for Madame Tussauds to immortalize with 13 figures – Taylor’s lucky number – across four continents to ensure we’re reaching as many fans as possible. We just know they are going to love it as much as we do.”
“This is the most ambitious project in Madame Tussauds’ 250-year history which only feels right to reflect the stratospheric status of Taylor Swift,” said Danielle Cullen, Madame Tussauds’ Senior Figure Stylist.
“We’re honored to have worked closely with fashion houses like Roberto Cavalli, Vivienne Westwood, Versace, Christian Louboutin, Alberta Ferretti and Etro to recreate some of the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour’s most iconic looks – many of which will have special significance to the cities the 13 new figures will call home. It feels a fitting celebration to give Swifties the chance to commemorate moments from this once-in-a-generation tour in a way that only Madame Tussauds can.”
