The landmark 50th season of “Saturday Night Live” came to an end. Surprises, guest stars and controversies made headlines for a show that’s pretty much used to doing so.
Season 50 had a nice mix of pop artists with a smattering of rock adjacent, legacy and even country stars. Below is a comprehensive list of every musician that appeared throughout the season. Unfortunately, likely due to rights issues, several of the songs that were played on the show aren’t available online (yet). They’ve been replaced with alternate performances.
Also note that because this year was filled with two major musically driven “Saturday Night Live” works – “SNL50: The Homecoming Concert” special and the Questlove produced “Ladies & Gentlemen… 50 Years of SNL Music” – not everything can be included.
