Leave it to Kim Kardashian to break the internet once again! This time, the reality TV star decided to bring her A-game, partnering with none other than Posty. Yes, Post Malone!

Known for his multi-genre hits like “Rockstar,” “I Had Some Help,” and “Circles,” he is taking a break from his global Big Ass Stadium Tour to try something a little different. Yes, the rapper, now an iconic country star, is taking a shot at modeling. The musician recently partnered with Kardashian’s SKIMS for a new campaign, showcasing the brand’s latest men’s collection featuring Realtree camouflage prints on underwear, T-shirts, and fleece loungewear.

The campaign shoot took place in Oakley, Utah, showcasing a rugged, scenic backdrop that perfectly matches the Western-inspired aesthetic of the collection. According to GQ, photographer Theo Wenner captured Malone in a series of adventurous poses, from chopping wood to horseback riding, all while wearing the new items. The combination of natural scenery, cowboy vibes, casual comfort, and shirtless, might we add, makes the campaign one of SKIMS’ most distinctive yet.


Post Malone Strips Down for SKIMS


Malone shared his excitement about the project to GQ, explaining, “I’m all about comfort and feeling good in what I wear. These pieces are fun, the camo especially stands out to me. I’ve always been into camo.” The singer’s affinity for camouflage, which he describes as a personal style staple, gave the campaign an authentic and playful edge.

Kardashian also weighed in, saying, “Post Malone truly embodies the spirit of the SKIMS Man with his effortless energy and style, which really shine through in this campaign. This launch is a big moment for us, not only because we’re expanding our menswear line, but also because we’re introducing our new heavyweight fleece, which takes comfort and quality to the next level. Having Post lead the campaign just felt like the perfect fit.”


Behind the Scenic Scenes


Beyond the wardrobe and camera flashes, the shoot offered a glimpse into Malone’s personality and lifestyle. Known for his laid-back demeanor and hilarious but charming outlook on life, Malone said the experience was “really a lot of fun, it made me feel like a handsome son of a b*tch.”

He admitted that the photoshoot was also a bit “terrifying,” because, well, it’s the first time fans see him this vulnerable. Joking, he said, “I’ve never done anything like that. It’s like a Sasquatch sighting, essentially, is what it feels like. Everyone’s going to call it in to the cops and say, ‘We saw Bigfoot out here.’ Or, Averagefoot. Sorry.” 

The singer apparently was so nervous that he prepared for the shoot vigorously. He lseaned on comfort food, revealing, “Just a lot of fried chicken. I tried to bulk up a little bit. But it didn’t work.”

The campaign also comes during a reflective period in Malone’s life as he’s currently balancing a demanding tour schedule with fatherhood. The singer shares moments of joy with his three-year-old daughter. “Kids are little sh*ts and they’re beautiful at the same time,” he said. “Watching her ride her bike in our new hallway, giggling, it’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever experienced in my life.” 

In true fashion, he explained how his daughter is slowly picking up on his own mannerisms. Her favorite music ranges from Paw Patrol tunes to George Strait, showing that Malone’s life offstage is as eclectic and colorful as his music.

The new SKIMS men’s line officially launches August 21, combining Malone’s signature rugged style with the brand’s commitment to comfort.
