Ozzy Osbourne, the electrifying frontman of Black Sabbath who launched a wild solo career with hits like “Crazy Train,” has died. He was 76.
His family confirmed the heartbreaking news in a statement published by Mirror on Thursday: “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”
Ozzy Osbourne had six children in total. He shared three kids—Aimee, Kelly, and Jack—with his wife Sharon Osbourne. From his first marriage to Thelma Riley, he had two children, Jessica and Louis, and also adopted her son Elliot from a previous relationship.
All about Ozzy’s Family Built on Rock, Resilience & Real Love

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne married in 1982 and share three children—Aimee, Kelly, and Jack. Over the years, their family has remained tight-knit through career highs, personal challenges, and public spotlight.
“I’ve never said anything I’ve done is right. Like every family we’ve had problems. But I’m so proud of all of my kids,” Sharon told People in a 2007 interview.
Since The Osbournes wrapped, both Kelly and Jack have carved out successful careers in media and become parents themselves. Aimee, meanwhile, is the lead singer of her alt-rock band ARO.
Though their style may be unconventional, the Osbourne family remains bonded by their shared history—and their love for the man who started it all.
