The first child of Megan Fox, 38, and Machine Gun Kelly, 34, arrived on March 27, 2025, and her father welcomed her with a sweet Instagram post. “She’s finally here!! Our little celestial seed,” wrote the pop-punk artist alongside a short black and white video of the little girl grabbing his finger.
The arrival news comes 19 weeks after Fox announced her pregnancy with a unique bump picture and a message that read, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back.” Fox was possibly referencing her prior pregnancy loss with MGK which she spoke about in a 2023 GMA interview. Fox said, “I’d never been through anything like that before in my life. I have three kids. Um, so it was very difficult for both of us.”
Fox touched on the loss in a collection of poems titled “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous” that she said she released with MGK’s encouragement. “The person who actually told me I should write a poetry was Colson,” said Fox, using her then-partner’s legal name.
Lines of the poem that addressed the lost pregnancy read, “I want to hold your hand and hear your laugh” and “but now I have to say goodbye.”
Megan Fox Split With MGK During Her Pregnancy
According to a relationship timeline by Harper’s Bazaar, the “Transformers” actress and “Drunk Face” singer met in 2020 while filming their crime thriller, “Midnight in the Switchgrass,” in which they starred with Bruce Willis.
On May 20 of the same year, MGK released his video for “Bloody Valentine,” a single from his album “Tickets To My Downfall,” which prominently featured Fox playing his love interest. The song featured Travis Barker of Blink 182 on the drums, and received over 100 million plays on YouTube.
Over the next few years, the pair seemed strong, even getting engaged in January 2022.
But things appeared to go sour a little over a year later, when Fox appeared to call out MGK in an Instagram post after the 2023 Superbowl. Fox deleted all her pictures of the rapper turned pop-punk rocker before posting a lyric from Beyoncé’s infidelity-themed “Lemonade” album that made fans speculate MGK had cheated on the “Jennifer’s Body” star.
Over the following months, the couple experienced ups and downs, taking at least official break, and going to couples’ therapy, until they officially split in December 2024 when Fox was around 6 months pregnant with the musician’s second child, per a TMZ report.
Page Six Says Detailed The Pair’s Coparenting Plans
On March 28, 2025, Page Six published a report saying the exes are “on the same page when it comes to co-parenting.” The story also states an insider said, “no one would be surprised” if the pair “gave their relationship another try down line.”
However, an Elle report suggests the opposite, quoting another source as saying about Fox, “The last few months have been difficult for her. At this point, she plans on co-parenting with Colson, but that’s it. She won’t be getting back together with him.”
The report says the source added Fox is thrilled about her new daughter. “It feels magical to her that she now has a baby girl too. She’s doing great and over the moon.”
