Brandon Blackstock Cancer Diagnosis: New Information
After many outlets reported Blackstock had died on August 7, 2025, People came with an update on August 8 saying they received information from two unnamed insiders about the timing of Blackstock’s diagnosis, and his reaction to it.
The report says one source revealed Blackstock’s cancer diagnosis came after his divorce from Clarkson was finalized in 2022. The second source said Blackstock reacted to the news by moving back to his home state of Montana, per the outlet.
Blackstock and Clarkson shared three children. The Texas native was famously ordered to pay her ex an astounding $160,000 per month in child support and alimony in their divorce proceedings, per E! News.
