Us Weekly was among the first outlets to report the breakup between Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, revealing in a June 25, 2025 report that an unnamed source told them “Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable.” The outlet says the source went on to say the situation is “not contentious” and that the “I Kissed A Girl” singer is “relieved to not have to go through another divorce.”
People says the “Lord of the Rings” star proposed to Perry in 2019, and the couple had planned to wed in 2020 before COVID-19 halted the wedding.
