Jesy Nelson and Zion Foster Become Parents

The new parents announced the arrival of their new family members on Instagram.

“So… Our beautiful baby girls decided to come at 31 weeks plus 5 days,” the caption says. “It all happened so quickly, but we are so blessed that they are here with us, healthy and fighting strong! We’ve never felt more in love 🥹 Everybody meet Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster. Born on 15.05.2025”

Fans and friends took on the comments section to show their support.

“So happy for you both. What a blessing,” Jessie J, the “Price Tag” singer commented.

“From one twin mummy to another,” one fan commented, “huge congratulations to you both, double the love and double the joy. Enjoy every moment.

In January of this year, the couple posted a polaroid picture on Instagram showcasing Nelson’s pregnancy belly. The picture was captioned “She’s eating for three now”.

Jesy Nelson Opened Up About Her Pregnancy

On March 5, Nelson posted a video on Instagram with a pregnancy update and shared the babies were identical twins. However she explained there are complications that come with having identical twins.

“The type of twins we’re having are called mono/di [monochorionic/diamniotic] twins,” she said in the video, “and with that– normally, most twins will have two placentas that they feed off of, but when you have mono/di twins, that means your twins live off one placenta, which can lead to lots of complications.”

The singer explained the complications this can lead to, and shared she was “currently pre-stage TTTS, which is twin-to-twin transfusion. I’m being monitored very closely, I have to go be scanned twice a week.”

Fans and friends shared their support for the couple as they commented reassuring words.

“You’re strong Jessica!,” one fan commented. “You and the twins will get through this, everything is gonna be ok ❤️‍🩹 I am sending you strength, love and just the best for you and your babies! 🫶🏼 Lots of love xx”

A few days after posting the initial update, the singer shared another video letting her fans know she was to undergo a procedure as it was necessary and would give the babies “ the best chance of surviving.”

Near the end of March, a final video update was posted sharing the TTS had cleared up and “the operation was a success.”
