Additionally, eagle-eyed followers spotted that both had shared photos from the same luxury hotel in Florence around the same time—just days before they attended the boxing match together.

Perez, who runs La Puente Surfhouse with his brother Gero, was introduced to Ellie through private surf lessons. He previously taught stars like Shakira and soon grew close to the British pop star.
According to The Daily Mail, Goulding reportedly visited Costa Rica several times over five months, staying for extended periods and sharing her tropical travels via Instagram—including bikini shots and candid beach photos. While their relationship was intense and affectionate, it was also short-lived. A friend of the pair explained that their lifestyles didn’t align.
“She is a big pop star from England while Armando’s whole life is based here in Playa Hermosa,” they said. “Their lives are very different and so it was natural for them both to eventually move on.
