Latin music singer Becky G shares she would “love to collaborate” with Sabrina Carpenter.

Becky G spoke with Entertainment Weekly at the American Music Awards and played a game of “Collab, Cover, or Concert?”. Her options for the three picks were Beyonce, Post Malone and Carpenter.

The “Mayores” singer shared she would want to be front row at Beyonce’s concert and noted she is “the greatest show woman of all time, love her.” Becky G also said she would love to cover a song of Malone’s as the cover would not be expected. Finally she shared she would love to collaborate with Carpenter.

Becky G Collaborates with Manuel Turizo

Although Rebbeca Marie Gomez, better known as Becky G, has various Spanish albums under her belt, the singer first got her foot in the door via her songs in English such as “Shower” and “Can’t Stop Dancin’“.

Becky G’s most recent musical release is the track “QUE HACES” along side the Latin music singer Manuel Turizo.

The two artists brought their new track and dance moves to the American Music Awards on Monday night as they performed the song.

Becky G and Turizo sang the  track’s flirty lyrics at the award show. “Tell me what you’re doing this Friday and the rest of your life/Because I don’t have any plans.”


Becky G Wins Favorite Female Latin Artist

Becky G went home with the award for Favorite Female Latin Artist at the American Music Awards.

“I am so honored to be in this category and be one of your favorite Latina artists,” Becky G said on the stage as she accepted the award. “I want to dedicate this award to my Chicano community. Honestly, this award wouldn’t be possible for those who came before us, and I know we share in our struggle as well as our wins. Los quiero mucho [I love you all so much].”

Fans took to the comments section to share their support for the singer’s achievement.

Fans noted Becky G’s accomplishment in the category as she has won three times.

“Since this category was created in 2020, Becky has won 3 out of 6 (2020, 2021, 2025) Well deserved,” one fan wrote.
