Mackenzie McKee has quietly married fiancé Khesanio Hall in an intimate courthouse ceremony, just weeks before welcoming their twin daughters into the world. The “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” star exchanged vows on April 11 at a courthouse in Bradenton, Florida, according to marriage records obtained by TMZ.

The couple successfully kept their wedding under wraps until eagle-eyed fans began connecting the dots. When Mackenzie recently shared hospital photos from giving birth, observant followers noticed her medical bracelet read “Mackenzie Hall,” sparking speculation about a secret marriage ceremony, according to the outlet.

Their private nuptials took place just two months before the arrival of their twin daughters, Ja’Kharie Angie Hall and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall, who were born at 31½ weeks on June 2. The babies arrived weighing 5 pounds and 5 pounds, 2 ounces respectively, both measuring 17 inches long.

“Welcome to the world Ja’Kharie Angie Hall and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall,” Mackenzie wrote on Instagram. “Both named after our moms, the most beautiful ladies who mean everything to us,” she shared. The proud new mother added that she and Khesanio were “over the moon and so happy” about their daughters’ arrival.

A Love Story Captured on Television

The couple’s romance has unfolded publicly on “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter,” giving viewers a front-row seat to their relationship journey. Khesanio proposed during a May 2024 episode, marking a significant milestone in their nearly two-year relationship.

Mackenzie has been open about how meaningful this relationship has become for her and her three children from her previous marriage to Josh McKee. “We met one night, and then we talked every night after that,” she shared with Us Weekly. “We kind of knew, and it’s almost been two years and there’s not one day that I doubted or had any doubts.”

The reality star emphasized how Khesanio has embraced his role as a stepfather to Gannon, Jaxie, and Broncs, whom she shares with ex-husband Josh McKee. “I just really, really look up to him as a person and he just kind of stepped in and raised these kids,” she explained.

A Marriage After Difficult Times

Mackenzie’s journey to finding love again wasn’t without challenges. She experienced pregnancy complications in late May, including preeclampsia symptoms that required hospital monitoring. Despite feeling “mentally drained” during this period, she remained optimistic about her growing family, according to OK! Magazine.

The twins’ names hold special significance, following a family tradition that Mackenzie had teased months earlier. “The babies will have three-syllable ‘J’ names. Khesanio and I both have three-syllable names,” she explained, adding that “all of his mother’s grandbabies have names that start with a J!” per the publication.

Khesanio expressed his pride and happiness following the birth, stating he was “super proud” of Mackenzie and calling it “easily the happiest day of my life.”
