Khloe Kardashian is teaming up with Hulu for a new reality series, E! News announced on April 22.
“It’s very exciting, very new, very excellent,” the oldest Kardashian sister said at Hulu’s inaugural Get Real House. “We’re excited to continue developing.”
The new show will follow “the Kardashian-Jenners’ friends and neighbors that they spend time with in their gated Calabasas, Calif., community,” E! News added.
“We all want to know what’s happening behind the gates of Calabasas—who are all these people in the extended lives of the Kardashians?” Disney reality chief Rob Mills said at the Get Real panel. “So, we’re developing a show that we’re actually, at least for now, calling Calabasas Behind the Gates.”
However, as for whether Kris Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kim Kardashian will make an appearance on the new show, Khloe isn’t giving anything away.
The Kardashians have become a staple of reality television, with their hit show, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” first premiering in 2007. It spanned 20 seasons, running until 2021, along with numerous other spin-offs. They took a short hiatus, but the cameras came calling once again, and in 2022, “The Kardashians” premiered on Hulu. The show just wrapped up its sixth season, with the finale airing on April 10. All the episodes are available to be streamed on Hulu.
Khloe Kardashian Reveals The Pay for ‘The Kardashians’
During the April 16 episode of the “Call Her Daddy” Podcast, Khloe revealed that she and her sisters all get paid the same amount on Hulu’s hit show, “The Kardashians.”
“True,” she responded when host Alex Cooper asked that exact question.
And with that, Khloe added that they also get the opportunity to say no to any footage they don’t want aired.
“But it’s more vanity things that we would cut,” Khloe said. She went on to say that while mom Kris will occasionally request a cut, Khloe’s storylines more or less air as they happen.
However, there’s still plenty of content that makes the show very juicy.
“I mean, trust me,” she added. “I would’ve cut way other… I’ve never cut anything crazy.”
