If you’ve been Keeping Up With the Kardashians, now you can live like one! Kris Jenner has put her longtime home that served as the backdrop for the family’s first reality show on the market.
Viewers of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” will instantly recognize the sweeping staircases and black-and-white checkered foyer, not to mention the backyard where the family hosted Christmas parties and other events.
Christie’s International Real Estate has listed the 8,860-square-foot property for $13.5 million. The Hidden Hills mansion features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. According to property records, Kris Jenner purchased the home along with then-husband Caitlin Jenner, who was known as Bruce at the time, for $4 million in 2010.
Kris Jenner Says She’s Ready to Start a New Chapter
The Jenners finalized their divorce in 2015. Since then, Kris Jenner has spent millions renovating the property, even building a closet just to house her collection of Birkin bags.
But now she’s ready to move on. Jenner told The New York Times, “I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners.”
And indeed she has already moved on. According to The New York Times, there is currently no one living in the home. In fact, buyers can even purchase it fully furnished for an extra $400,000. But don’t expect to snag Jenner’s favorite chair or other recognizable items from the reality show.
Before putting the home up for sale, Jenner hired celebrity designer Ryan Saghian to redecorate. Saghian replaced almost all of the furniture with pieces from European luxury wholesaler Eichholtz. It’s those that the new buyer can purchase.
Kardashians New Season Promises Plenty of Drama
Season six of the family’s new reality series, “The Kardashians” just dropped on Hulu. The synopsis teases “a year full of challenges, milestones and new adventures” including Khloe’s 40th birthday, a reconciliation between Kim and Kourtney, and Kim learning what it’s like to follow in her mom’s footsteps as a “momager” managing a child’s budding career.
Jenner Teams Up With Two Super Heroes for Super Bowl Ad
You can catch Jenner alongside Thor and Star Lord, make that Chris Hemsworth and Chris Pratt in Meta’s Super Bowl commercial Sunday.
But this year’s ad isn’t the reality star’s first Super Bowl Ad. Jenner made her Super Bowl debut last year as part of Oreo’s “Twist On It” campaign. The commercial shows Jenner in what appears to be a flashback to 2007, the same year “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” premiered. When considering the idea of her family appearing in a reality show, Jenner says, “So every little detail about our family will be on TV? Who would watch that?” Then she decides to “twist on it” and let the Oreo decide.
