Kris Jenner has been known for her long pixie hairstyle for years, but she debuted a new look in a March 24 Instagram post, which had fans in awe.
“Spent last weekend celebrating Michael and Lydia Kives!!!” she wrote, while showing off a short slicked-back bob with one curl on her forehead.
The new ‘do have fans doing a double take, likening Jenner to her daughter, Kim Kardashian. “For a minute I thought it was Kim dressed like Kris,” an Instagram user replied.
Another wrote, “I was like: Kim’s looking more like Kris these days. Then realised it was Kris looking more like Kim haha.”
Jenner’s daughters shared their approval, with Kim simply writing, “gorge.” Khloe Kardashian gushed, “I love you my queen.”

Days before Jenner’s Instagram post, Khloe shared a carousel of pictures of herself with a very similar hairstyle. Like her mom, she had her short bob slicked back with a few strands dangling over one side of her face.
Khloe had on a floor-length red gown that featured a long scarf that was draped backwards over her neck and wore a crimson lipstick that matched her dress. “celebrating Kives with my best girl,” she wrote in the March 18 Instagram post.
“RED IS ALL YOU!!!” Melissa Molinaro replied. Celebrity hair stylist Jen Atkin wrote, “I love this hair,” while tagging Justine Marjan, who was responsible for both Jenner and Khloe’s hairdo.
Jenner Showed Off a Similar Bob on Thanksgiving
Jenner changed up her signature hairstyle just months before with a sleek, chin-length blunt bob and thick bangs in November 2024.
In an Instagram post shared by Khloe, the momager twinned with her daughter in matching leopard print outfits while posing with her grandchildren, True and Tatum Thompson.
Jenner looked almost unrecognizable with her changed hair, and a fan asked, “Who is that with [her]???” Khloe replied, “that’s my mommy with the black short hair, and that is my cousin and the two little ones are my children.”
A fan noted Jenner’s more youthful appearance and wrote, “Kris is aging backwards.” Kiya Cole exclaimed, “Loving Kris’s bob! Everyone looks great!”
Jenner previously wowed fans in 2019 when her hairstylist Jorge Serrano revealed the wavy textured bob he gave her in an Instagram post.
“I created this look by adding clip in extensions. Kris has been growing her hair out, and we wanted instant gratification on what her hair would look like with some length,” he told Paper.
