Happy New Year! HGTV is ringing in 2025 with new episodes of some of our favorite shows, with more premieres just around the corner. While you’ll have to wait a few more weeks to see Tarek and Heather El Moussa go face-to-face against Christina Haack in the highly-anticipated “Flip-Off”, this is EntertainmentNOW’s Guide to everything new coming to HGTV the week of December 30, 2024 and January 5, 2025.
‘HGTV Dream Home 2025’ – Special
After “Fixer to Fabulous” and “My Lottery Dream Home” marathons on Monday and Tuesday, HGTV is celebrating New Year’s Day 2025 by airing the official Dream Home 2025 tour. This hour-long special will showcase all the details of the Bluffton, South Carolina-based Dream Home, with designs by HGTV mainstay Brian Patrick Flynn.
The sweepstakes to win the Dream Home 2025 is already accepting entries from fans, with the submission window closing at 5 p.m. Eastern on Friday, February 14, 2025.
‘The Flipping El Moussas’ – New Episode
After a two-part premiere last week, Tarek and Heather are back with a new episode of “The Flipping El Moussas” on Thursday, January 2 at 9 p.m. Eastern. This week’s episode will follow the El Moussas to a house they found on social media. The couple check out the house, hoping it’s not too good to be true, and then rush to finish the flip in time for the holidays.
‘My Lottery Dream Home’ – New Episode
HGTV is airing a “My Lottery Dream Home” marathon on Friday, January 3 culimating in a new episode of the series airing at 9 p.m. Eastern. This week, David Bromstad is travelling to Port St. Lucie, Florida, to help a couple from New York who came into some money after selling their family farm. David will help the couple find the perfect place down South which provides a remote and quiet lifestyle while still allowing them to host friends and family.
‘Home Town’ – New Episode
“Home Town” is set to close out the week with a new episode on Sunday, January 5 at 8 p.m. Eastern. The episode will see Ben and Erin’s client is a doctor who started a learning center for local children in need. While the learning center is a success, it has grown too big for its current space. Cue Ben and Erin, who are tasked with designing and renovating a large house to serve as a new space for the learning center.
