The gorgeous homes renovated on season six of “Rock the Block” just got a little easier to afford!
EntertainmentNow can exclusively reveal that “Rock the Block” season six builder Hamlet Homes has adjusted the prices on all four of the homes located just outside Salt Lake City, Utah, in the breathtaking suburb of Grantsville.
Hamlet Homes owner Tami Ostmark tells us they are “being aggressive in pricing.” Tami says, “All homes have improved pricing from the original list price, and we are actively accepting offers.”
In fact, Tami says one of the houses is currently under contract, but she’s not revealing which one until the home closes, out of respect for the buyers. But she will say that the buyers are “huge fans of the designers” of the home they’re purchasing.
Another one of the “Rock the Block” homes was previously under contract just a week after it hit the market, but that sale fell through.
‘Rock the Block’ Shocker- Street Sign Switch Up
Season six ended with RTB champions Alison Victoria and Michel Smith Boyd seeing their names on the street sign reading “Alison & Michel Avenue.” Michel Smith Boyd even posted a picture on Instagram of him and Alison posing alongside RTB host Ty Pennington and guest judge Jonathan Scott standing under that sign.
But all four homes renovated on “Rock the Block” are listed on the Hamlet Homes website with addresses on West Marigold Drive.
Alison and Michel’s house’s address is listed as 1096 W. Marigold Drive, Grantsville, UT 84029.
EntertainmentNow asked Tami Ostmark about that, and she says, “The homes addresses will remain on Marigold Drive.“

Properties Are Being Sold Furnished But…
Even though all four homes are being sold furnished and looking very much like they did in the season 6 finale, not everything fans saw on the show remains.
Tami Ostmark reveals some items in the show were rented or borrowed just for the episode.
That includes Jonathan and Jordan Knight’s goats! The Knight Brothers’ goats actually belong to a friend of the RTB landscaper.
In fact, the goats were only on set for a few days during that episode. Though Hamlet Homes did “borrow” them again for their Block Party.
The Kalama’s cold plunge pool was another borrowed item that is no longer on the property.
And since Alison Victoria and Michel Smith Boyd’s container home and the Knight Brothers’ goat barn and greenhouse were unpermitted, those have been auctioned off for charity.
In an Instagram post, Hamlet Homes revealed that it was able to donate more than $41,000 to Home Aid Utah thanks to the show.
