Drew & Jonathan Scott Hat Trick: HGTV’s Property Brothers to Premiere 3 Series in July

Summer just got a lot sweeter for Property Brothers fans, with a just-announced triple dose of the popular twins coming to HGTV.

On June 5, 2025, HGTV announced that Drew and Jonathan Scott will debut three shows in July: their new series, “Chasing the West,” new episodes of their perennial hit, “Celebrity IOU,” and a new season of “Don’t Hate Your House with the Property Brothers.” Here’s everything you need to know about each show!

Here’s Which Stars Will Appear With the Property Brothers in New ‘Celebrity IOU’ Episodes

A perennial favorite among HGTV viewers, “Celebrity IOU” features the Scott brothers partnering with a different celebrity in each episode, helping them renovate a space for someone they love. The first of six new episodes of “Celebrity IOU” will debut on July 9.

In the first new episode, Drew and Jonathan work with Emmy winner Rachel Brosnahan, who stars as Lois Lane in the new “Superman” movie, hitting theaters on July 11. According to a press release from HGTV, the parents of Brosnahan’s best friend — Ron and Robin, who’ve been like “second parents” to her since college — will have their 1970s kitchen and dining room transformed by the trio.

The rest of the new “Celebrity IOU” episodes will feature home makeovers Drew and Jonathan conduct with supermodel and entrepreneur Tyra Banks, movie actor and Broadway star Josh Gad (including voicing Olaf the snowman in the “Frozen”movies), Emmy Award-winning actress and producer Jane Seymour, three-time Olympic gold medalist Shaun White, and comedian Joel McHale.

“Every episode of Celebrity IOU is a tear-jerker,” Jonathan said in a statement. “For me and Drew, it’s such a positive, heartwarming experience to give back to people who are so deserving and to know that these renovations really do change lives.”

The first of six new “Celebrity IOU” episodes premieres on July 9 at 8 p.m. Eastern time.

Drew & Jonathan Scott Post Funny Video Promoting ‘Chasing the West’

Drew and Jonathan’s second show of the summer, “Chasing the West,” launches on July 10 at 9 p.m. Eastern time. Drew and Jonathan posted a funny video via social media — a brotherly spoof of an old Western showdown — to announce the premiere date.

The twins have teased their upcoming “cowboy era” for weeks, so fans were thrilled to get a premiere date for the show, in which the brothers tap into past, growing up on their family’s Canadian horse ranch, in order to work with clients who think they want to trade in city life for ranch life.

Across eight hour-long episodes filmed in Arizona, California, and Texas, per a logline for the show, the Property Brothers will “take families who wish to escape hectic city life or own land discover the incredible attributes and unique challenges of ranch living, including adapting to a slower pace, tending livestock and growing produce.”

‘Don’t Hate Your House with the Property Brothers’ Premieres at the End of July

Last but not least, HGTV also announced on June 5 that a surprise second season of “Don’t Hate Your House with the Property Brothers” will debut on July 30 at 9 p.m. Eastern time. The first season debuted in November 2024, which included two episodes that were devoted to helping their parents move from Canada to California and fully renovating the Los Angeles home they bought.

In eight new episodes, according to an HGTV press release, Drew and Jonathan will “fix problematic homes for frustrated families as they tackle seemingly insurmountable renovation challenges to reimagine dysfunctional houses into harmonious places that families will love.”

In the season premiere, the duo will be seen “reconfiguring a home that’s served a family well for 20 years, but with both parents now working from home, the floorplan must evolve to serve their needs for a live-work space.”

All three series will be available to stream on HBO Max the day after each episode airs on HGTV.
