Nicole Curtis Returns to HGTV With New Season of ‘Rehab Addict’

After nearly three years away, HGTV fan favorite Nicole Curtis is back with a new season of “Rehab Addict.” Find out when the show — which promises a “twist” this time around — premieres in 2025.

Nicole Curtis’ ‘Rehab Addict’ Returns in June 2025

On May 28, the HGTV Instagram account announced the big news — a new season of Curtis’ show “Rehab Addict” premieres in June 2025!

“Nicole Curtis is back with a brand new season of #RehabAddict! This time around, though, there’s a twist: she’ll be crisscrossing the country, reviving forgotten historic homes with her signature flair in both Detroit *and* Wyoming!!” the caption explained.

The HGTV post added, “Don’t miss the season premiere on Tuesday, June 24 at 9|8!”

A press release from HGTV provides more details about the upcoming season of “Rehab Addict.”

“Popular home renovator Nicole Curtis will traverse the country to restore neglected historic homes needing a major rescue in a new season of hit HGTV series ‘Rehab Addict.’ Across the fresh four episodes, she will embark on one of her biggest challenges yet — fighting to save two derelict properties that are 1,500 miles apart,” the release shares.

Curtis “will take on an 1890s house subjected to a bad flip” in Wyoming. “In her hometown of Detroit, she’ll purchase one of the dirtiest abandoned homes she’s ever seen.”

The press release continues, “The premiere episode will open in stunning Wyoming, where Nicole visits the house she bought sight unseen. After ripping out the features from a cheap flip, she will start to uncover all her beloved old house details, including original floors and plaster walls, and will put a breathtaking twist on the hideous exterior with custom narrow Victoria-era windows.”

Curtis is pulled to her hometown, however, “when an urgent call reveals squatters have been living in her 1928 Detroit property.”

The press release explains, “Nicole will quickly head to the Motor City and oversee the massive cleanup in the disgusting house. She’ll scope out the many original details, including subway bathroom tile, a built-in telephone stand and a laundry chute to the basement, before she and her team replace the dilapidated roof — the first step in restoring the home to its original glory.”

Fans Are Thrilled to See Curtis’ Show Return

The HGTV post was flooded with comments from excited fans who can’t wait to see Curtis back for a new season of “Rehab Addict.”

“Love her!! So glad she’s back!!!” one fan noted. Another shared, “Finally!🔥 Beyond excited!”

Others commented, “Cool!!! Always liked her show,” “That’s great news!,” and “So glad to see her back.”

Another fan summed it up perfectly, writing, “Well it’s about time!!! Her fans have been here waiting.”
