The beloved HGTV series “Love It or List It” is back for Season 20, and this time, there’s a fresh dynamic at play. Page Turner has officially joined the show as its new designer, stepping in for longtime co-host Hilary Farr.
Turner now faces off against veteran real estate agent David Visentin. Their goal? Convince homeowners either to “love” their current house after a stunning renovation or to “list” it and find a new dream home.
Turner, a designer from Toronto, brings a sharp edge and quick wit to the competition.
In the season premiere on April 21, she told Visentin, “I love a challenge,” to which he fired back, “Let’s see if you’ll still love it when they say ‘list it.’” Their banter sets the tone for what promises to be an entertaining new chapter.
Where Is the New Season Filmed?
Since “Love It or List It” launched in 2008, it has filmed in several cities. The original seasons were shot in Toronto, Ontario, but the series moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, in 2014.
More recently, Season 17 brought the show back to Toronto. And for Season 20, it appears the series has remained in Canada. HGTV even shared a casting call for homeowners in the greater Toronto area, writing: “If your current home isn’t working for you, then we’re here to help!”
