Mina Starsiak Hawk is showing off her adorable kids good bones!
The HGTV star treated followers to an Instagram post full of photos and videos of 6-year-old son Jack and 4-year-old daughter Charlie.
The photos and videos were all taken while on a family vacation at Kiawah Island, South Carolina.
In the caption, Mina writes, “Quick 15 minute photo shoot before we head back to Indy 🤍 I’ll work until I’m 100 if I need to to be able to make these memories! #WorthTheHustle“
Both kids are dressed all in white, often holding hands as they run on the beach and in a grassy courtyard overlooking the ocean.

Mina Hawk Balks At Being Called ‘Lucky’
In another Instagram post, the former “Good Bones” star balks at being called “lucky” for getting to enjoy a nice vacation with her family.
In it she writes, “my hubby text a friend something about how *lucky* we are that we get to be here and have this amazing time with our kids and family and his friends response was something I think we could all hear and take in…..
We aren’t here bc we are lucky. We are here because we’ve worked our butts off. We’ve put off short term desires to build long term success. I’d love a new whip but I’d love to have the money tied up in a car payment available to do something that I REALLY care about. While I do believe there is a greater purpose and some kind of a plan, I also believe we make the choices that put us where we fit into that plan, for better or for worse.
So to everyone out there who tells you how lucky you are, just smile and say, “I really am so blessed” but know inside that you busted your butt to get here, giving you and yours the attaboys you deserve.
And keep doing the d*** thing every day and keep being “lucky” 🍀”
Hawk and Husband Celebrate Ninth Anniversary
While on their beach vacation, Mina and husband Steve Hawk celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary.
And Mina celebrated with a post of photos taken by her son Jack, writing “Happy 9 Year Anniversary to this man 🤍

Since ending “Good Bones” with her estranged mother Karen E. Laine after eight seasons in 2023, Mina has been focused on her podcast, and health and wellness posts. Husband Steve Hawk is a fitness trainer who runs HawkFit in Indianapolis, Indiana. The two often pair up in social media posts about weight loss and fitness.
Mina does show up on HGTV from time to time. Most recently, Mina served as a guest judge season six of “Rock the Block.” She and Jasmine Roth teamed up to judge first floor living spaces. That included the den, powder bath, entry way and mudroom in episode two.
