Jonathan Scott & Dude Dad Are ‘Property Step Brothers’
On July 25, Dude Dad and Scott shared their comedy collab, tackling a scene from “Step Brothers,” the 2008 movie starring Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly.
Dude Dad is no stranger to comedy, with his funny videos about DIY and family life. Scott doesn’t shy away from being silly, so their “Property Step Brothers” video is the perfect pairing.
Dude Dad’s caption on the Instagram post sums it up with that famous “Step Brothers” line: “Did we just become best friends?? @jonathanscott.”
In the video, Scott enters the garage, asking Dude Dad why he’s “so sweaty,” to which he responds, “Watching ‘Fixer Upper.'”
The “Chasing the West” star starts making the connection that Dude Dad touched his Sawzall power tool.
The rest of the scene plays out exactly like the “Step Brothers” scene, with the two getting into a fight. Finally, Dude Dad grabs the power tool and gives it the same treatment Ferrell does in the movie.
