When it comes to celebrating special occasions, Gaines’ daughter learned from the best. The owner of the Magnolia empire often shares how she decks out the family table for holidays and birthdays — and she never holds back.
This time, Gaines was on the receiving end of a big surprise. “I went to bed at about midnight, and some time between 12-7am my little fairy daughter Ella waved her magic wand and did all of this for my birthday weekend.✨🧚✨ I woke up to my very favorite things on the table and a delicious breakfast that she made from scratch — just the most beautiful setup,” she wrote in the caption of an April 19 Instagram post.
Gaines added, “I want to sit here all weekend and just take it in. 🥹”
In the video, Gaines shows her perspective of discovering the table and party decorations, including balloons and a festive garland of little mushrooms and flowers. The table included plenty of fresh flowers and colorful macarons, candies, and fruit.
She also gave a glimpse at the very special birthday breakfast that featured sweet, delicious treats.
