Jenny Marrs Shares ‘Fixer to Fabulous’ Episode They’re ‘Most Proud Of’: ‘We Were Humbled and Grateful’

Jenny Marrs and her husband Dave Marrs have won fans over with their HGTV show “Fixer to Fabulous.” While they’ve done some amazing renovations over the years, Jenny shares how they are most proud of the episode airing on January 28, 2025.

Jenny Marrs Reveals ‘Fixer to Fabulous’ Episode They’re Most Proud Of

Jenny gave some insight into the January 28 “Fixer to Fabulous” episode, where they team up with their friend Jay Cobb and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to remodel a home. Cobb was a patient at St. Jude as a child.

Jenny, Dave, Cobb, and a team of volunteers work together with a 24-hour renovation turnaround to give a deserving family an amazing home remodel.

In a January 28 Instagram sneak peek of the episode, Jenny noted in the caption: “We were humbled and grateful to be able to use this unexpected job of ours in order to bless this incredible family. Their persistent faith and unwavering Hope impacted each and every one of us there on that job site.”

She added, “What a gift it was for us to be a part of this. 💛✨”

In a January 27 Instagram post, Jenny explained just how big of an undertaking this episode was, but it was so rewarding.

In the caption, Jenny noted that the episode “is probably the one Dave and I are most proud of in all our years of doing this.”

She explained how they have been taking on these projects every year. “For the past several years, our family has been a small part of the movement @jaycobb71 began in his community to love on families with kiddos in treatment at St. Jude Research Hospital,” she wrote. “The warrior kiddos and their families we have met along the way have impacted us deeply and we have been inspired by their stories of resilience and Hope and faith.”

She continued, “When Jay came to us with this past year’s St. Jude Playground Build family’s story, we knew we had to do more. Not only had their precious daughter fought (AND BEAT!) cancer but her momma was fighting her own battle with this horrible disease, as well. It’s too much for one family to endure but THEY DID IT. 💪🙌”

It was a big project but everyone pitched in to make their idea a reality. “Wait and see what happens when a group of individuals come together to do some good and shine some light together into the darkness,” she shared.

Jenny added, “I couldn’t be prouder of our generous and hardworking team, our amazing kiddos and our friend, Jay Cobb, for caring so well for these warrior kids.”
