Jenny Marrs Stuns Fans With ‘Around the Clock Job’ Amid Winter Storm

Jenny Marrs made her four-legged friends a priority when a winter storm hit their farm, but it was a labor of love. See what the HGTV “Fixer to Fabulous” star had to do to keep everyone warm, fed, and safe from the elements.

Jenny Marrs Has Been Working Hard on the Farm

On February 19, Marrs shared a series of highlights on her Instagram Stories of their snowy day, and it involved a lot of care for the animals. She documented how she provided enough food and shelter for the animals, making sure that they had everything they needed to brave the elements.

Marrs also noted that the animals had barns to shelter in, but they preferred to be outside.

On February 20, Marrs took to Instagram to share a series of photos of her sheep and horse (wearing a jacket) covered in snow. In one image, Marrs was breaking up the ice on the pond.

Needless to say, the cold snowy day had them working hard. Marrs noted in the caption, “Keeping the animals fed + warm + watered has been an around the clock job the past few days. And I love it so much. 🤍❄️”

Fans flooded the comments, noting how impressed they were that Marrs dedicated so much of her time and energy for her farm animals. One fan noted, “You all love + care for these sweet babies so well.❤️”

Another person noted, “I love animals and wouldn’t have it any other way. Nice to see the love ❤️.”

Others left kind comments like, “You rock! They are beautiful! ❤️❤️❤️” and “Caring for creatures is repaid tenfold and more by their trust and love. I love your ‘petting farm’ of animals. ❤️❤️❤️”

The Marrs Family Had Some Fun in the Snowy Weather

Of course, there was also plenty of cold weather fun to be had, as her kids made ice cream from snow and went sledding.

She explained in her February 20 Instagram Stories, “Dave was out of town for a few days so the kids and I held down the snowy fort … and now he’s back and first thing is first — ranger sled rides.” He pulled the kids on sleds and they looked like they were having a lot of fun.

The HGTV star reported some bummer news as well, sharing, “The moment before I lost my phone in the snow. It fell out of my pocket and we looked for 30 minutes.”

They finally found it “buried in the snow” and now it’s taking a little break “in front of the fire to de-thaw.”
