Though re-runs of Jenn Todryk’s popular home makeover show “No Demo Reno” continue to air on HGTV (including a morning marathon scheduled for March 16, 2025), fans have been eager to hear whether a fourth season is in the works.
Todryk, a Dallas-based designer, entrepreneur and mom of three, told EntertainmentNOW in May 2024 that she was in talks with the network about the show’s future. But in her latest update, via an interview with TV Insider published on March 6, Todryk revealed things are still up in the air — and she’s okay with that.
Jenn Todryk Says HGTV Has Left the Door Open for ‘No Demo Reno’ Return
Todryk has starred in three seasons of “No Demo Reno,” transforming out-of-date spaces — with no major demolition — while entertaining viewers with her quirky humor. New episodes haven’t aired since December 2023, and HGTV hasn’t officially renewed the show.
Citing her busy schedule as a mom, entrepreneur, and social media influencer — with nearly 2 million followers on Instagram — Todryk told TV Insider that she knows the “door is open” at HGTV for her to film again when she’s ready.
“I am super grateful that I have a really awesome relationship with HGTV,” she told the outlet. “I know that the door is open so whenever I want to make content, I can. That’s something I’m really grateful for. But life is so busy right now, I’m just trying to survive with all the home life stuff now. But HGTV is great and I really have loved working with them.”
In May 2024, Todryk told EntertainmentNOW that she “fought very hard to be an executive producer on the show” and added, “There’s discussions being had, but right now we are not sure on what’s gonna happen. We don’t know if ‘No Demo’ will come back the same, if it makes adjustments, we’re not sure.”
“It’s very vulnerable to have cameras around you and your kids all the time,” she admitted at the time. “But (HGTV) is very family oriented, so I feel like it’s a safe spot.”
Jenn Todryk is Staying Busy With Her Various Businesses But Avoids Setting ‘Crazy Goals’
In addition to consistently creating social media content and juggling life with three kids — 11-year-old son Von, and daughters Berkley, 10, and Vivienne, 6 — Todryk is a busy entrepreneur.
In 2023, she and her husband Mike opened Armor Brewing Co. in Allen, Texas. Todryk designed the restaurant and brewery — a companion to Armor Coffee, which they opened in 2020 — and their locally-brewed beers are now sold in stores throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
She also partnered with wellness company Beam to create Glow by Jenn Todryk, a “superpowder” for women, designed to “support balanced hormones, stronger hair and nails, plus lasting energy.” The beverage mix features 18 hormone-balancing ingredients like chaste tree berry and minerals including selenium and manganese.
In 2024, she told EntertainmentNOW that she enjoys allowing new opportunities to come her way rather than setting “crazy goals” for the future.
“I really, really like to go through everything very organically, take it as it comes and try to enjoy it,” she said, “and not set crazy goals for myself because I like where I’m at. I love my job every day. I just don’t want to have that pressure. I’m a very driven person … but I feel like I have had the coolest life. I’m grateful for it.”
