Heather Rae El Moussa Shares Her Opinion on Christina Haack’s New Boyfriend

HGTV star Heather Rae El Moussa is sharing her opinion about Christina Haack‘s new boyfriend, Christopher Larocca.

During a March 2025 interview with Realtor.com, Heather Rae El Moussa, who is married to Haack’s ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, shared that she has been in the company of Larocca a few times. In addition, she said the businessman has interacted with Haack and Tarek El Moussa’s children, Taylor and Brayden.

“We’ve gone to dinner with them a couple of times, and he’s come to some kid things, and I’d say, so far I like him. I have nothing negative to say about him, and she seems happy,” said Heather Rae El Moussa.

In a January 2025 interview with Access Hollywood, Heather Rae El Moussa noted that she and her husband had drinks with Haack and her new boyfriend.

“I feel like we had a lot of fun together. We were there for, like, two and a half hours,” said Heather Rae El Moussa to the publication.

Haack then shared why she wanted her “The Flip Off” co-stars to meet Larocca.

“I wanted them to meet in advance of, you know, stuff in the press,” said Haack during the interview.

Heather Rae El Moussa Spoke About Christina Haack’s Breakup With Josh Hall

During the Realtor.com interview, Heather Rae El Moussa spoke about Haack’s July 2024 breakup with her third husband, Josh Hall. As fans are aware, Hall was supposed to be Haack’s competition partner on “The Flip Off.” However, he exited the HGTV series following his and Haack’s separation.

According to Heather Rae El Moussa, she and Tarek El Moussa were aware the former couple had relationship issues. However, they did not expect them to break up during the production of “The Flip Off” season 1.

“We kind of knew something was coming, but we didn’t know how soon. We didn’t know when it [was happening, so] we are very much like, ‘Oh wow,’ but we knew there had been issues,” said Heather Rae El Moussa.

She also said that Haack’s demeanor changed for the better after Hall’s departure from “The Flip Off.”

“You definitely see some tension between them on camera and I would say like, after he left the show, [Christina] was much lighter. It seemed like she was happier and it made the show a lot more fun,” said Heather Rae El Moussa during the interview. “Whereas when he was involved, there was a lot more smack talking; and I know that she wasn’t enjoying filming with him.”

Haack made similar comments about shooting the HGTV series with Hall during a January 2025 interview with Us Weekly. According to Haack, “Josh was very hard to film with.”

“He didn’t get it. He’d always get upset with me, like ‘Oh, my gosh, you did this’ or ‘You did that.’ And I’m like, ‘I’m making a TV show.’ Ultimately, it was better that he left after episode one because the show would’ve sucked,” said Haack to the publication.
