“Home Town Takeover” stars Erin and Ben Napier are opening up about their 15-year-long marriage.
During a joint March 13 interview on the “Tamron Hall Show,” hosted by Tamron Hall, Ben Napier said he wants to show his devotion to his wife daily.
“Every day I’m trying to get her to fall in love with me,” said Ben Napier during the interview.
He then shared that he wants his and Erin Napier’s daughters, Mae, 4, and Helen, 7, to have loving spouses. When Erin Napier said she was not sure if anyone could be at her husband’s level, Ben Napier replied he would teach their future partners to be like him.
Erin Napier then said that her husband writes letters for her and their daughters “every morning.”
“He gets up early, he writes us letters. He just makes [our children] feel like nothing [bad] can ever happen to you because I’m your dad,” said Erin Napier to Hall.
Erin Napier Shares How Her Relationship With Her Husband Has Remained Successful
During a March 2025 interview with House Beautiful, alongside Ben Napier, Erin Napier shared how their relationship has been successful.
According to Erin Napier, who met her husband while they were studying at Jones County Junior College, they “communicate constantly.”
“We’re very lucky that we are able to because we’re always together,” said Erin Napier to the publication.
She also said that she and her husband have “love day dates.”
“If we get a little free afternoon, we’ll go just the two of us and have lunch somewhere. It’s a great time for connection when the nights are crazy when you have kids,” said Erin Napier during the interview.
Ben Napier also said that he and his wife “love each other,” are “best friends,” and are “on the same team.”
Ben & Erin Napier Opened up About Raising Their Daughters
In a December 2024 Fox News interview, Ben and Erin Napier spoke about raising their daughters. Ben Napier said he is in a “constant state of fear” while parenting Mae and Helen. He explained he is not sure how much he should “discipline” them because he does not want them to be afraid of him.
“I feel like with boys, it’s okay to have a healthy amount of fear of your father. With girls, it’s like — I need them to know that they can call on me with anything,” said Ben Napier during the interview.
Erin Napier then told the publication that she believes “parenting is the hardest job in the world.”
