When is ‘Married to Real Estate’ Coming Back to HGTV?

At long last, “Married to Real Estate” stars Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson have a premiere date for the fourth season of their HGTV series. On February 11, 2025, the network announced that the couple will kick off their long-awaited new season on March 12 at 8 p.m. Eastern time.

As HGTV officially released the news, Sherrod posted a video of her and her Jackson in the car celebrating, and captioned the post, “Guess who’s bizaaaaack!!!”

Egypt Sherrod & Mike Jackson’s Daughters Will Continue to Appear in New Season of ‘Married to Real Estate’

“Married to Real Estate” premiered in December 2021 featuring Sherrod, a real estate broker and interior designer, and Jackson, an “expert builder,” renovating spaces for families in the Atlanta area. Sherrod already had a history on HGTV, having previously hosted “Property Virgins” and “Flipping Virgins.”

The third season of “Married to Real Estate” kicked off in December 2023, so it’s been a year since new episodes aired. The couple has been teasing a new season of “Married to Real Estate’ since June, posting on social media that they’d begun filming, but HGTV didn’t confirm their show’s renewal at the time.

There was never really any doubt the show would eventually return, though, given that the third season attracted over 16.6 million viewers, per the network’s press release.

The fourth season of “Married to Real Estate” will feature 12 episodes, showcasing the couple’s adventures as they run their businesses, manage their home and raise three daughters. Jackson’s daughter from a previous relationship, Simone, graduated from college in May 2023, and the couple shares Kendall, 13, and Harper, 6.

The girls will be part of the action in season four, including Harper learning how to swim and Kendall joining her parents for local volunteer opportunities, per HGTV.

According to HGTV, the March 12 season premiere will feature Sherrod and Jackson snapping up a large property in Sandy Springs, Georgia, for a couple that’s relocating from their tiny apartment in New York City. Together, Sherrod and Jackson create an open concept with a “tuxedo luxe” design that includes “a huge hidden pantry in the kitchen and a built-in bar with an antique glass backsplash off the living room.”

Many fans expressed their relief on Sherrod’s post announcing the new season, including one who wrote, “Yesssssss!!!! We’ve been waiting & watching replays!!😅”

Another commented, “Yay!!! So excited!😍😍❤️❤️ definitely gonna be tuning in on my maternity leave & binge watching! So happy for you guys always!🤍✨️”

Egypt Sherrod & Mike Jackson Renovated Their Own Home in 2024

In between filming and running their businesses (Sherrod has her own real estate agency and Jackson runs a renovation company), the couple updated their own home, showcasing the results in April 2024.

They lime washed the brick facade of their home, which dramatically changed its look, and added four more garage stalls. To ensure everything matched, they changed all of the garage doors to a dark wood.

In her Instagram stories, Sherrod wrote, “Now I have to buy more cars!! Nahhh..just kidding”

While fans wait for the new season to debut on March 12, they can stream the first three seasons of “Married to Real Estate” on Max and discovery+.
