Drew Scott Opened up About His Relationship With Linda Phan
Scott and Phan began dating in 2010. During an April 2019 interview for his and his brother, Jonathan Scott‘s YouTube channel, Scott said he was not much of a relationship person before he met Phan at a fashion show. According to Scott, he was “the constant single guy,” due to his focus on his career.
Scott also said that Phan “taught [him] what love is” during their relationship.
“Linda brought out a side of me that I didn’t even know was there. A more romantic side of me,” said Scott during the interview.
Drew Scott Discussed Being a Father during a 2023 Interview
Scott and Phan share two children, Parker, 2, and Piper, 11 months. During a 2023 Drew & Jonathan magazine interview, Scott discussed the couple’s decision to wait several years before having children.
“I think it can actually be a good thing to spend a lot of years truly connecting with and getting to know your partner, and that makes us stronger parents,” said Scott during the 2023 interview.
Scott also said he believes he is more patient than he was in the past, which is useful as a parent.
“I also feel I have more patience now that I’m a little older, which is something you definitely need,” said Scott while speaking to the publication. “And on top of that, too, I got to live out all my young goals and young passions. I didn’t give up a part of me to become a parent. There are still things I want to do and I want to be a present parent, but I can be more effective with both because I’m a bit more mature.
