Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott are taking their attention off renovations for a moment to celebrate their mom for Mother’s Day.
In a post on their @drewandjonathan Instagram account, the guys put up a picture of them and their brother J.D. with their parents, writing, “With Mother’s Day around the corner, we’re putting the spotlight on Drew and Jonathan’s parents. Learn more about Jim and Joanne—including some of their advice on family and parenting—at the link in bio. You won’t want to miss what they have to say!”
The post features two additional pictures that are throwbacks to when Drew, Jonathan and J.D. were little. One shows the 3 boys with their mom sitting by a fireplace. The picture has a text box featuring Joanne’s advice, which reads, “I always tried to encourage my boys’ interest and dreams. A good way to start is by helping your kids put their ideas down on lined paper.”
Just Because It’s Mother’s Day Doesn’t Mean Dad Gets Left Out
Just because it’s Mother’s Day doesn’t mean the guys are leaving out their dear old dad!
Another picture in the post shows the whole family standing outside, dressed up, with a tiny Drew and Jonathan Scott adorably holding hands.
The photo features a text box with the boys’ father Jim Scott’s advice. It reads, “When kids are young, it’s nice to find activities that you can be a part of too. Doing these things together gives you opportunities to guide them in the right direction.”

Drew Scott Might Be Shopping From His Own Mother’s Day Gift Guide
Drew Scott will need to do some shopping for wife Linda Phan this Mother’s Day for sure.
The couple now has two small children, who Drew talked about when he and his brother appeared on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” to talk about their upcoming show “Chasing the West.“
“Piper is nine months, now,” Drew said of his daughter. “She’s, I mean, she’s such a sweetheart, she’s a little darling and her brother is two years older than she is.”
When Piper was born, Drew told Jennifer that their son, Parker, was “curious, helpful, and maybe a little jealous.”
Parker just turned three-years-old on May 4, which Drew Scott celebrated in an Instagram post. The post features five adorable pictures with the caption, “To my walk and talk compadre, my dino wrangler, my coffee connoisseur, and my little foodie. You’ve made the past 3 years the best I could have imagined. I love you Parky!! Happy bday.”
