Dave & Jenny Marrs Reveal Why Their Kids Aren’t on ‘Fixer to Fabulous’ as Much

Fans are going to be seeing less of Dave and Jenny Marrs‘ kids on their HGTV show “Fixer to Fabulous,” Jenny reveals. While the kids have been seen on the show over the years, there’s a good reason why they won’t be around as much.

Jenny Marrs Explains Why Their Kids Aren’t on ‘Fixer to Fabulous’ as Much

In a January 26 Instagram post, Jenny shared a throwback clip and explained why their children aren’t going to be seen on “Fixer to Fabulous” as much as they used to be.

“This clip was filmed FIVE years ago. Her little voice!! 🥹 Time goes so quickly, I can’t believe it sometimes!!” Jenny noted in the caption. “One thing I love about #fixertofabulous is that we have all of these family moments preserved for us. đź’•”

She continued, “Now that the kids are getting older, they really don’t want to be on camera very often (and it’s always been up to them — they can participate or not — and naturally some of our kiddos are much more camera shy than others) but they’re typically right there behind the camera lens most days (unless they’re at basketball practice or soccer or art camp or horseback riding… 🤪).”

Despite the kids appearing less, she shared that one season 7 episode had everyone pitching in. “BUT, this coming Tuesday’s episode is one of the most special projects we have taken on and our entire family was involved!! I can’t wait for you all to see this one… 🙌🤍” she shared.

The Marrs Kids All Pitched in for a Special ‘Fixer to Fabulous’ Episode

Nathan, Ben, Sylvie, Charlotte, and Luke were part of a massive “Fixer to Fabulous” home renovation for a very deserving family.

On January 29, Jenny shared a behind-the-scenes look at the tight turnaround renovation they did for a St. Jude Research Hospital family.

“I can confidently say that last night’s episode was the one Dave and I (and [our] entire team) are the most proud of,” she shared. “We accomplished more than just a home renovation. We proved that when a community of people come together to do something good — despite the challenges and obstacles and odds stacked against them — they can and will make a difference.”

Jenny noted just how many people were involved, including their whole family. “We had over 120+ volunteers working around the clock,” she shared. “Our kids were fully invested and our team gave of their time and talents and resources.”

In total, they got the immense job done in just “24 (ish) hours,” according to Jenny.
