Jenny Marrs Celebrates Anniversary With Dave Marrs in Heartfelt Post

Jenny Marrs Posts Windy Wedding Videos

On April 2, Jenny took to Instagram to share a sweet message about her 20th wedding anniversary, including video clips from their very windy wedding ceremony.

Jenny noted that she was watching Dave carrying some roofing materials from the yard to the barn “before the storm rolls in.” She shared, “Because, that’s who you are: Selflessly thinking ahead about how to best care for and protect your family.”

She continued, “I think back to another windy spring day, exactly twenty years ago. My veil twirled as we recited our vows with glistening eyes and full hearts. We were babies — stating words that were said years before by our parents and their parents — not fully understanding their meaning. Yet, we knew that the vows and promises we made that day were being echoed in eternity. We knew that our life together would be built on a firm foundation of faith and we would face whatever lie ahead, together.”

The “Fixer to Fabulous” star recalled highlights of the event. “We danced late into the night, surrounded by our family and lifelong friends as we celebrated the absolute wonderment of finding one another,” Jenny wrote. “And, even though we shared big dreams for our life together, we had no clue that God had plans for our life that we couldn’t have begun to hope for or dream up on our own.”

She noted, “At the time, we were just two kids hopelessly in love. Now, we are still those same two kids, and, as the years have unfolded (more quickly than we could have expected), our love has only grown deeper and stronger.”

Jenny concluded, “Together, we have walked through dark valleys and faced intense trials. Together, we have celebrated abundant joy and marveled at our extravagant blessings (five to be exact). And, together, we have adventured and laughed and worked and loved. Together. Always, together. I couldn’t imagine anyone else by my side. Happy 20th anniversary, my love! 🤍”

Dave Marrs Shares a Sweet Message About His Wife

Dave also celebrated their big day with a simple and heartfelt message that accompanied a slideshow of them and their beautiful family.

“20 years together today! Happy anniversary to the best partner a guy could ever ask for @jennymarrs,” he wrote in the caption.

Dave added, “I have no idea what the next 20 years has in store for us, but I can’t wait to experience it with you. I love you!”

Jenny commented, “What a life! I couldn’t imagine anyone else beside me on the ride.”

She added, “‘I do’ every day, forever and ever. 🤍🤍🤍🤍”
