Christina and Tarek share two kids, daughter Taylor and son Brayden. She has a son, Hudson, with her second husband, Ant Anstead. Tarek and Heather Rae have a son together, Tristan.
The trio have really figured out how to co-parent successfully and their show “The Flip Off” has proven to be a beneficial move for all of them.
Christina, Tarek, and Heather Rae sat down for an interview on the January 28 episode of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” where they dished on their new series and discussed co-parenting.
While they have made their situation work, the three revealed that there is still an issue they face — they sometimes embarrass their kids. “The sound of my voice embarrasses [teenage daughter Taylor], even when I’m not talking,” Tarek revealed.
Christina noted that her daughter is embarrassed by “the songs I play when I drop her off, if the windows are down.”
Heather Rae chimed in to explain, “She’s embarrassed by us. We have a sprinter, and if we show up in the sprinter, she’s like ‘Why are you in the sprinter?'”
She added, “I’m like ‘We’re cool! Look at us.'”
Hudson asked them how they are co-parenting and doing the show. Turns out, it’s a hit with the kids.
“The point is it’s better for the kids when everyone’s getting along, and we genuinely are,” Christina shared. “And we’re genuinely having so much fun doing this show.”
Heather Rae noted, “I feel like the kids love it that we’re doing a show together, and they can see their parents all working together.”
She added, “They love it. They’re very supportive.”

In a January 28 Instagram post, Christina shared photos from their appearance on the talk show. Fans lit up the comments with plenty of praise for how the trio successfully co-parent.
