HGTV star Christina Haack got vulnerable in a March 23 Instagram upload.
The post featured a picture of Haack showing off her new blonde hair extensions. She tagged the salon Lush Locks by Latitude, owned by her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa‘s sister, Angelique El Moussa, indicating that is where she got her hair done.
In the caption of the post, Haack suggested she is experiencing some unexpected changes.
“When your world is in disarray but you have a hair wizard in the family… 🤍 Anyone else feel like something is in the air 🌬️ right now?! ‘When one door closes, another opens’ .. Just hoping the doors that open aren’t more traps or lessons…. 🤪,” read the post’s caption.
Several fans flocked to the post’s comments section to shower Haack with words of support.

Christina Haack Spoke About the End of Her Relationship With Josh Hall
Hall filmed with Haack as her competition partner for one episode of the HGTV series, “The Flip Off,” which also stars Tarek El Moussa and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa. Hall exited the show after he and Haack split in July 2024.
While speaking to Entertainment Tonight in November 2024, Haack said Hall felt “insecure by” her.
“I feel like I wasn’t shining as bright to try to not make him feel emasculated,” said Haack during the interview.
She also said Hall was jealous of her friendly dynamic with Tarek El Moussa, the father of her two eldest children, Brayden and Taylor.
During a January 2025 interview with Access Hollywood, alongside the El Moussas, Haack said “it was easier” to film “The Flip Off” without Hall.
“We had more fun. We were able to joke around more,” said Haack to the publication.
She also said the El Moussas “were super supportive” as she navigated her separation from Hall during the production of “The Flip Off” season 1.
Heather Rae El Moussa Commented on Christina Haack’s New Relationship
During the Access Hollywood interview, Heather Rae El Moussa shared her opinion about Haack’s relationship with her new boyfriend, Christopher Larocca.
“Let’s just say I think it’s going well,” said Heather Rae El Moussa.
She said that she and her husband spent time with Larocca and Haack. According to Heather Rae El Moussa, the two couples “had a lot of fun together” during their double date.
