HGTV star Christina Haack is rewriting her marriage history in a fun new interview with Jeff Lewis on SiriusXM’s “Radio Andy.”
Haack appeared on the program alongside boyfriend Chris Larocca.
On the June 2 episode, Lewis asked the “Flip Off” designer “Are you divorced yet?” referring to her third marriage to Josh Hall. “I don’t know. I signed something,” Haack replied. “There’s like a process after the process. It was resolved in mediation after I think 12 hours.”
But then Haack told Lewis that the marriage was “so short,” that she hinted that she didn’t really even want to acknowledge it, saying, “Actually, you know what? I’m actually identifying as only twice divorced now. It’s official.”
Christina Reflects on Settlement With Josh Hall
Show host Jeff Lewis wasn’t shy about asking Christina personal questions about her latest divorce.
He asked, “Are you happy with the settlement or do you think it was fair?”
Christina replied, “I heard a saying once, like if you both think you’re screwed, then whatever you want… I don’t know how it goes, but…”
“If both parties are equally unhappy after the negotiation, then you got what you want,” co-host Shane Douglas chimed in.
“Yeah. I mean, look, it’s not great, but I guess it’s done,” Christina admitted.
Christina Relates Story From Divorce Mediation
On the radio show, Christina shared a story from the ex-couple’s divorce mediation. She said ex-husband Josh Hall claimed that his mother was confronted by someone during her yoga class, who accused Josh of being a “thief.”
“I will say something that I thought was a little bit funny at mediation. So, at one point, this thing came up where his reputation got hurt or whatever because you know, he was a reality TV star before me, and now he can’t be a reality TV star anymore because nobody likes him and his mom was at yoga and while she was doing her yoga poses, a fellow yogian said, ‘Your son is a thief,’ during yoga class.”
“That’s not very namaste,” show co-host Shane Douglas replied. Christina responded, “Kind of made me laugh.”
Two Divorces or Three, Christina Has Changed Her Tune on Marrying Again
No matter how she does the math, Christina Haack has backtracked on her previous declaration that she would never marry again.
In the SiriusXM show, Jeff Lewis teased her, saying, “Christina, no one knows who you are because you keep changing your name. I promoted you yesterday and no one knew who you were.”
“I kinda like it. I’m going to change it again,” Christina shot back.
“I had to go, ‘Christina El Moussa, Christina Hall.’ And they were like, ‘Oh I know who she is,’” Lewis continued, “You can’t keep changing your name.”
Christina questioned, “What’s wrong with that? It’s so mysterious.”
Another host then chimed in and advised, “No more husbands.”
And that’s when Christina surprised the room, responding, “Okay well… maybe one more.”
“Maybe one more? Are you serious?” Lewis exclaimed. The host then referred to current boyfriend Chris Larocca, saying, “I do like Chris a lot, I do.”
