HGTV’s “Down Home Fab” stars Chelsea and Cole DeBoer couldn’t wait to share the news of their new “DeBoer Colection”, a flooring line in collaboration with Hewn Floors.
“This one’s extra special! Over the years, we’ve poured our hearts into creating homes that feel warm, stylish, and family-friendly—from transforming spaces on ‘Down Home Fab’ to opening our own store,” Chelsea wrote in the December 4 announcement post on Instagram. And with Cole’s construction background and my passion for design, creating something lasting for your homes felt like the perfect next step.”
The DeBoers’ new flooring line comes in six different colors, each sold as planks of Stoneform flooring with the look of wood. According to House Digest, Stoneform is made up of 70% limestone and 30% virgin PVC, and is meant to give the look and feel of hardwood with additional durability. According to the Hewn website, the DeBoer collection planks come with a 20-year residential or 10-year commercial warranty.

Fans took to Chelsea and Cole’s post’s comment section with their reactions to the new flooring collaboration, the couple’s latest step in growing their home-improvement and lifestyle brand.

‘Down Home Fab’ Returns to HGTV in 2025
While the DeBoers are sharing their new collaboration, the couple is also hard at work on a new season of “Down Home Fab” for HGTV. The network confirmed the series would be renewed in a July 29 Instagram post. The post featured a video of Chelsea and Cole being surprised by the renewal news, and the captioned confirmed the new season would air in 2025.
“Are you joking?! Let’s go season 3!” Cole said after hearing the news.
“Babe! Season 3!” Chelsea replied before welling up with tears over the announcement.
Fans will be getting a double dose of the DeBoers in the new year, as they will also compete in season 6 of “Rock the Block”, the network’s all-star renovation competition program, which is set to begin airing in the Spring.
