Hours before the latest episode of Alison Victoria’s popular HGTV show “Windy City Rehab” premiered on November 26, 2024, the network revealed she has another new series in the works.
According to a press release from HGTV, “Sin City Rehab” has been greenlit to air in late 2025. The network said Victoria will “take on the bright lights and high stakes of the Las Vegas real estate scene” in the new show, which will be HGTV’s sixth series featuring Victoria within a year.
‘Sin City Rehab’ is Produced by Alison Victoria’s New Company
HGTV has ordered eight episodes of “Sin City Rehab,” building on the success of her Emmy-nominated “Windy City Rehab,” which takes place in her native Chicago. According to its release, viewers will watch Victoria take “the biggest gamble of her career as she expands her successful design business out West.” The new show will chronicle her adventures working on “multi-million-dollar client projects and risky flips” as she builds her new team in Vegas, HGTV said.
Alongside frequent HGTV production partner Big Table Media, “Sin City Rehab” is produced by Briefly Gorgeous Productions, the company Victoria launched in June. She told Variety at the time her vision was to help usher in “a new era of television, where the stories are real, the emotions are raw, and the beauty lies in the authenticity of the human experience.”
On November 27, her new company posted several teaser images about the new show. In one caption, Victoria wrote, “Your thoughts become things….manifest wisely.”
Betsy Ayala, Interim Head of Content at HGTV, said in a statement, “HGTV viewers know Alison Victoria never backs down from a challenge and the pressure will be palpable as she makes the jump from the Windy City to Sin City. Lucky for us, what happens in Vegas won’t stay there as cameras capture this real estate rollercoaster ride of seven-figure investments and glitzy transformations.”
Victoria’s new show is conveniently located in a city where she already has a residence. In October, she gave Parade Home & Garden a tour of her Las Vegas home, which she spent eight months renovating. She also still has a 7,000 square foot home in Chicago.
Alison Victoria Will Likely Star in 6 HGTV Shows Within a Year
When “Sin City Rehab” launches in late 2025, it will be the sixth show Victoria has worked on in a year’s time. The fifth season of “Windy City Rehab” premiered on September 24, around the same time that “Scariest House in America” — a spin-off of her popular show with comedian Retta, “Ugliest House in America” — made its premiere.
In addition to those four shows, Victoria just finished filming the new season of “Rock the Block” in which she will compete against other HGTV teams alongside designer Michel Smith Boyd when it airs in early 2025.
Victoria is also a mainstay on “Battle on the Beach,” which wrapped up its fourth season in July and is likely to return in 2025.
