The cast of “When Calls the Heart” are already starting to prepare for season 13, and they’re giving fans a glimpse of what to expect. Cast members and the show’s costume designer have been posting sneak peeks of the costumes they’ll be wearing as filming gets close to starting.
Ben Rosenbaum Shared a Transformation Photo for Mike
Ben Rosenbaum, who stars as Mike Hickam on “When Calls the Heart,” shared a photo of his transition from wearing a modern day casual shorts and shirt outfit to Mike’s season 13 wear.
“SEASON 13 here we come!” he wrote with the #ootd tag for outfit of the day.
Erin Krakow, who portrays Elizabeth and his dating Rosenbaum in real life, replied with “😍😍😍.”
Pascale Hutton, who stars as Rosemary, replied, “I love both outfits!”
Viv Leacock (Joseph Canfield) wrote, “My guy, @ben_rosenbaum looking like a leading man!”
Andrea Brooks (Faith) wrote, “HIckam from the 1920s vs Hickam from the 2020s.”

Pascale Hutton Gave a Sneak Peek of Rosemary
Hutton shared a photo with a sneak peek of one of Rosemary’s outfits for season 13, and what she was wearing before the fitting. In a previous post, she revealed that she was the cast member who kicked off the season 13 fittings.
“Let’s goooooooo!” she wrote.
Brooks replied, “Oooooooooooohhhhh. First up!!!! Here we go!!!!”
Hutton answered, “We used your skirts as a length reference- apparently we’re the same height?! 🤯”
Brooks joked back, “WELL I’m glad it was for a length reference and not a waist reference. 😂”
In a recent interview, the show’s new showrunner Joy Gregory teased that there will be a “change” to Rosemary and Lee’s family next season.
“And we’ll see how that challenges her and Lee,” she said.
Andrea Brooks Was Tagged in a Post About Post-Baby Bump Alterations
Costume designer Barbara Gregusova shared that baby bump alterations are “on the way” for Brooks.
She was also tagged in a post about “revisiting her pre-baby bump closet.”
Daniel Smith Arnold, who plays Jed, was also tagged in a photo about season 13 preparations.
Costume designer Gregusova wrote, “Fun fact from our WCTH cast—I’ve actually known him the longest! We first met almost two decades ago on a short film he directed, and I costume designed, called Janitors, starring William B. Davis and Medina Hahn.”
Natasha Burnett (Minnie Canfield) is also back with a stunning costume.
And Billy Christos Jr. is just getting taller and taller.
