Tyler Hynes Surprises His Mom With a Truly Special Gift

Hallmark star Tyler Hynes has made it clear over the years that he adores his mother. Fans love to see the ways he gushes over her and spoils her, and a recent social media post of his contained a special surprise for her.

Tyler Hynes Had a Favorite Performer Sing for His Mom

On May 11, which happened to be Mother’s Day, Hynes posted a new video on his Instagram page. In the caption, he wrote, “For mom. 🤍”

The video showed him standing next to two-time Tony Award winner Christine Ebersole and “Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story” actor Ed Begley, Jr.

Ebersole sang as Hynes recorded, and he added text over the video that read, “BROADWAY icon Sings for Mom…Happy Mother’s Day.”

Hynes shared, “While filming the @chiefs movie, I’d get daily texts from my mother explaining to me how incredibly talented a broadway singer @christine.ebersole.official was. How she’d watch her videos on YouTube daily and cry happy tears from pure admiration.”

His caption continued, “No one needs to have Christine’s talent explained, it’s evident in every moment in her company but sometimes working for a company like @hallmarkchannel affords you opportunities to make a mom happy.”

“This was that opportunity. Sorry for doing it in the middle of filming,” Hynes added. He also quipped, “Also, @ed_begley_jr is who I wish to be when I grow up.”

Hynes’ surprise for his mom on Mother’s Day was a huge hit with Hallmark fans.
