Could Hallmark fan-favorite actor Tyler Hynes be set to make his debut appearance on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” soon? That is what some fans think after seeing a new social media post from the “Three Wiser Men and a Boy” star.
“OMG 😮 this is awesome!!! This will be EPIC if you’re on!!! 🙌😍” one fan gushed after seeing Hynes’ new post.
Tyler Hynes Visited the ‘Saturday Night Live’ Set
On April 28, Hynes shared a new video on his Instagram page, and it quickly garnered quite a bit of attention. In the caption, Hynes wrote, “…Dreams do come true. #snl”
The thumbnail image of the video in Hynes’ post showed the Hallmark star standing on the stage on the “Saturday Night Live” set.
The video began with text that read, “Ever wonder what’s Behind the SNL door?… Me too.” Audio boomed with an announcer saying, “Live from New York, it’s Saturday Night.”
Hynes filmed as he walked through the studio where “Saturday Night Live” is filmed. He opened a door for “Studio 8H,” which is the home of the show at the NBC Studios located at 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
The actor briefly stopped to show some appreciation for a signed photo of Timothée Chalamet, who hosted an episode earlier in the season.
Eventually, Hynes made it to the area behind the iconic door on the “Saturday Night Live” set and revealed there is “nothing” behind it. He walked onto the stage and said, “Hello everybody, it’s Saturday Night.” With that, he left fans hanging.
Hallmark Fans Would Be Thrilled to See Hynes on SNL
Fans were immediately smitten with the idea that Hynes might pop up on “Saturday Night Live.”
“He would be perfectly BRILLIANT!! Can his fans help to make that happen??? 🙏🙏🤞🤞🤞” commented an enthusiastic fan.
“Dreams absolutely DO come true, 🙌❤️” another fan wrote.

An additional commenter wrote, “Wow!! That’s freakin incredible👏 so cool!!! Will we be seeing you on SNL soon? 😉”
Fans made it clear they were eager to get more information from Hynes regarding this “Saturday Night Live” set visit. “This is so awesome for you!! Cannot wait to hear more about this!”
For now, however, everybody will have to hold tight. There were just a few other people present as Hynes gave himself a self-guided tour, and the area was mostly empty. Hynes held back on providing any context on what prompted his visit, and his fans will be waiting to see if he shares more.
