The Two Stars Shared Instagram Posts About Filming a Christmas Movie, & the Same Prop Appears to Be in Both Posts
In a post made on June 22, Krakow shared a series of photos with a comment that she was now in Vancouver. The last photo in her set shows a small Christmas tree in a distinctive brass base.
Interestingly, on June 26, Hynes shared an Instagram reel from the set of where he’s filming a Christmas movie. And on this reel, you can see a decorative Christmas tree that looks like it’s in the same type of base as the one in Krakow’s picture.
The account Hallmark Enthusiast on X has been resharing Hynes’ reels, including the one that appears to have the same Christmas tree. According to the account, Hynes is filming a movie called “Above the Clouds” that Krakow will also be starring in. However, Hallmark has not yet confirmed this, as of the time of this article’s publication.
According to production details on ACFC West, the movie “Christmas Above the Clouds” is directed by Peter Benson. It’s being filmed from June 9 to June 26. The listing does not include who is starring in it.
Fans are buzzing about the clues, excited about the chance that Hynes and Krakow might finally be starring in a film together again.

Hynes Has Been Posting Behind-the-Scenes Videos, Including Ones that Hide His Co-Star

Hallmark Enthusiast noted that they believe he’s filming “Christmas Above the Clouds” because he posted his first video on a set decorated with clouds, right before filming for the movie started.
And this behind-the-scenes video shows an airplane set, which fits with the description of the film.
At the end of the video, Hynes shows his co-star wearing a green sweatsuit, but she adeptly hides her face from the camera.
Hynes and Krakow have always been vocal about their desire to film a sequel to “It Was Always You” or star in another movie together.
In an interview with People in April 2024, Krakow revealed that she’s still ready to make a sequel to “It Was Always You.”
“I would be very, very happy for us to have a sequel to ‘It Was Always You,’” she said. “…If not a sequel, just another opportunity for Tyler and I to reunite on something. He’s a great, great guy and so fun to work with and I think people really enjoyed that chemistry. So let’s do it again.”
