Hallmark Stars Rally Around Taylor Cole After Vulnerable Update on Her Fertility Journey

Three months after Hallmark star Taylor Cole  first opened up publicly about her fertility journey, the beloved actress provided a vulnerable update and has been showered with love from Hallmark fans and fellow stars

On July 16, 2025, the actress posted a photo of herself in front of an ultrasound machine, and another of her with her fingers crossed, writing, “When I started my fertility journey, I wanted to know everything, try everything, leave no stone unturned. So I did.”

Cole, 40, then went on to share the dozens of tricks she’d been advised to try, from eating clean foods to changing her cleaning products, and admitted that “while this journey hasn’t ended with the outcome I’ve hoped and prayed for… it has given me something I never expected. It made me who I am today.”

Cole, who will co-star with Ryan McPartlin in August’s “Double Scoop,” first shared in a brave April post that she and her husband, movie producer Cameron Larson, had been struggling for years to start a family and that she’d “been going back and forth about sharing my fertility journey on social media for a long time.”

In her July 16 post, Cole shared an exhaustive list of the things she’d tried to help the process, writing, “I changed my diet. I gave up dairy, gluten, eggs and ice in my drinks. I even cut out coffee, alcohol for nine months straight. I tried being vegetarian before dinner, ate less red meat… then more red meat… cut out trans fats completely.”

The actress, who has starred in over 20 Hallmark movies since 2016, continued, “I tried adrenal cocktails, working out, yoga, acupuncture, cupping, foot zoning, reflexology, cranial sacral massage, uterine massage. I went to therapy, grief therapy, somatic therapy, hypnotherapy. I practiced breath work, used grounding sheets, tracked my blood sugar and ovulation, took ice baths, avoided hot tubs, bounced on a rebounder, stood on a shake plate and gained 20 pounds from all the hormones.”

“I took all the vitamins, supplements, and antioxidants,” Cole added. “I cleaned up our whole world as much as possible and got rid of chemicals in our house from food, toothpaste, makeup and cleaning supplies mostly using the Yuka app. I did heavy metal detoxes, parasite detoxes, seed cycling. I meditated, journaled, used red light therapy and did a hysterosalpingogram. I even did IVF 5 times with two different failed frozen embryo transfers.”

Although she said she had not received positive pregnancy news at the time of her post, Cole said she had found a true silver lining in all of the effort.

“Many of the things listed above I still do and enjoy,” she wrote. “And honestly, I don’t think I could raise a child without being this version of me. The one who has fought, grown, surrendered, learned, and healed in ways I never imagined.”

Cole also offered support and to others who’d experienced the highs and lows of trying so hard to start a family, writing, “If you’re on this road, wherever you are, I hope you know you’re not alone. It’s hard, it’s heartbreaking, and it’s also transformative. I’m standing with you and cheering for your heart along the way with all my love.”
