Hallmark alum Ryan Paevey is reconnecting with fans for a special Christmas in July event in Georgia, and tickets are still available. The popular Hallmark star stepped away from acting for now, but has said recently that he may return one day.
Ryan Paevey Is Meeting Fans at Georgia’s ‘Christmas in a Small Town’ Event
On Instagram in March, DecadeDays and Silver Screen Events announced that Paevey will be attending Dahlonega, Georgia’s annual “Christmas in a Small Town” event that runs July 25-27. In a different post, they clarified that Paevey will be at the event for the entire weekend to sign autographs, take photos and join in the holiday experience.
The announcement shared, “Best known for his roles in Unleashing Mr. Darcy, Christmas at the Plaza, and so many more heartwarming films, Ryan is bringing the holiday magic to Dahlonega, GA on July 25-27! And speaking of stars, Dahlonega, GA is one, too! 🌟 This charming town has been the backdrop for several beloved Christmas movies, making it the perfect setting for a festive celebration. ❄️🏡.”
Tickets for the event go on sale April 11 at ChristmasinaSmallTown.com. Prices range from $45 for Friday admission to $65 for Saturday or Sunday admission, with access to purchasing autographs and photo ops sold separately. There’s also a $395 Jingle in July pass that gets Friday, Saturdy and Sunday access, plus reserved seating and VIP lines. According to the website, the weekend will also include separate ticketed events, such as a Christmas Ball for $95 a ticket, a Cocoa Crawl, Breakfast with Santa for $95, and more.
Hallmark’s 2016 movie “Christmas in Homestead,” starring Taylor Cole and Michael Rady, was filmed in Dahlonega, according to Ruralga.org.
At Christmas time, Dahlonega hosts a long celebration that spans from the day after Thanskgiving through January 6.
Tickets for an IOU Tour with Paevey for April Quickly Sold Out
Back in January, Paevey sold tickets for a two-day IOU Tour on April 12 and 13. The event is taking place at Shiku Sushi restaurant in La Jolla, and only 30 tickets were available each day. The event includes dinner and, Paevey added, “Afterward, let’s explore beautiful La Jolla together!”
Paevey shared in a post, “if this works out okay, and everybody plays nice and is respectful and nothing psychotic happens…….maybe we’ll do this again at some point.”
The event, which cost $80 a ticket for food, quickly sold out.
