A handful of current and former Hallmark stars traveled to North Carolina to reminisce over fond memories with both one another and with fans. Much of the cast of “One Tree Hill” spent three days together where the show originally filmed and seemingly had a blast.
The ‘One Tree Hill’ Gang Was Back Together Again
People shared shots from the event that took place from March 20 to March 23 in Wilmington, North Carolina. Chad Michael Murray attended, as did Bethany Joy Lenz, Robert Buckley, Sophia Bush, James Lafferty, and others.
The multi-day affair began with a trivia night hosted by Barbara Alyn Woods, who played Deb on “One Tree Hill.” She was joined by her beau, “The Golden Bachelorette” alum Mark Anderson.
There were musical performances by Jana Kramer and Kate Voegele, and fans had an opportunity to meet some of the stars who were attending.
Hallmark alums such as “Road to Christmas” star Murray, “A Biltmore Christmas” star Lenz, and “The Christmas House” star Buckley were all smiles as they posed for photographs and mingled with colleagues and fans.
The Stars Shared Glimpses of the Event & Fans Loved It
Several “One Tree Hill” stars also posted shots from the event on their personal social media pages. Buckley shared a photo showing him posing with Lenz and Bush and titled it, “The Three Dramateers.”
One attendee commented, “Three icons. LOVED getting to meet you this weekend. Thank you for spending your free time with us!”
Murray shared a photo on his Instagram page of an “AMAZING gift” he got from someone at the event. It was a basketball with his “One Tree Hill” character’s name and team number on it, and Murray said it was going in his office.
He noted he “Loved hanging with everyone this weekend” at the event.
A fan and attendee commented, “@chadmichaelmurray was very nice to meet you this weekend! You’re a very nice and sweet person!”
The organization that hosted the event posted a fun video on their Instagram page of Buckley recounting the drama his “One Tree Hill” character navigated over the years. As he demonstrated, the writers packed a lot of action into his character’s storyline in the span of just a couple of seasons.
Fans couldn’t seem to get enough of Buckley.
One person commented, “I just love him!”
Another fan joked, “If this doesn’t summarize the wild writing of seasons 7-9 I don’t know what does.”
“😂 He’s the best & his sense of humor is, 💯🤣” added someone else.
