Six of Hallmark Channel’s beloved stars teamed up at Boston’s legendary Fenway Park on July 1, 2025, to take fans out to the ballgame and launch the network’s 13th annual Christmas in July.
Throughout the month, the network has packed its schedule with many of its classic Christmas movies, plus plenty of new holiday programming meant to tide fans over until the actual holiday season.
Before the Red Sox game against the Cincinnati Reds, actors Wes Brown, Nikki DeLoach, Andrew Walker, Benjamin Ayres, Taylor Cole, and Ginna Claire Mason got to goof around together in the stands and on the field, and then meet excited fans in a winter setting, complete with a picture perfect sleigh, set up inside the stadium.

Just before game time, Mason — whose Broadway credits include playing Glinda in “Wicked” — sang the national anthem. DeLoach posted a video in her Instagram Stories as she listened to Mason warming up beforehand. And Ayres posted a video in his Stories of Brown throwing out the first pitch, with his Hallmark pals cheering for him near the mound.
Although the secret was hard to keep since they were often spotted filming together, Mason and Brown officially used the occasion to announce their upcoming holiday time-travel movie, “A Newport Christmas.”
Wes Brown Practiced Before His Big Day at Fenway Park

Before his debut on the mound at Fenway Park, Brown shared in a June 27 Instagram post that he went to a baseball training facility in Connecticut, where he lives, to train his rusty arm.
He captioned the post, which included video of him practicing, “They finally called my number!!! It’s been a minute since I took the mound..if you had told 10 year old me that one day I’d get to throw the first pitch at a Red Sox game at Fenway, I probably wouldn’t have believed you, what an honor!!!”

The Hallmark Channel premieres will air as follows:
- JULY 5 at 8 p.m. Central: “Unwrapping Christmas: Tina’s Miracle” starring Natalie Hall and Alec Santos.
- JULY 12 at 8 p.m. Central: “Unwrapping Christmas: Mia’s Prince” starring Kathryn Davis and Nathan Witte.

Hallmark Channel will also premiere two holiday series. On July 6, according to Hallmark Media, the first two episodes of its star-studded series “Holidazed” will premiere on Hallmark Channel. Each Sunday night in July, two more new episodes will air at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time.
Then on July 7, Hallmark Channel will premiere “Christmas at Sea,” a brand-new unscripted series filmed aboard one of Hallmark’s first-ever Christmas Cruises last November. Variety reported in May 2024 that a film crew would be on the second cruise to the Bahamas, which sailed from November 17-21, to capture special moments with Hallmark superfans. The four-episode series is slated to air each Monday night in July at 8 p.m. Eastern time.
