Fans Touched as Hallmark’s Brennan Elliott Shares Life Update

Longtime Hallmark star Brennan Elliott has faced many firsts since the March 2025 death of his beloved wife, Camilla Row, who fought gastric cancer for eight years. From his first Father’s Day to his first acting gig since her passing, Elliott has kept fans apprised of how things are going.

On July 20, 2025, the star of more than 20 Hallmark movies and “Cedar Cove” alum revealed his latest first as a single dad to his and Row’s children — 12-year-old Liam and 10-year-old Luna.

“Taking the babies for our first vacation together just the 3 of us,” Elliott captioned a selfie. “Going back to my homeland of beautiful #canada first stop #calgary then#vancouver # Victoriaisland! Much needed family escape. Wishing everyone a wonderful Sunday! Blessings and love to all you incredible fans! 🙏”

Fans Shower Brennan Elliott With Encouragement For His Trip Home

Thousands of fans and friends like Elliott’s post, and hundreds have left encouraging comments for the newly single dad, touched to see him creating new memories with his kids.

“So happy you and your kiddos will have this special time to make new memories,” one fan wrote. “They will always be remembered with ‘remember our first vacation with just us and Dad?’ Sending Love & God’s Blessings.”

Another commented, “Welcome home to Canada! This first vacation back to Canada without your darling Cami by your side may not be easy but hope and pray it will also be a time of healing and rejuvenation for you and your children!❤️🙏”

When Row was healthy enough, the family loved to take day trips together near their home in Los Angeles, including multiple days spent at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. Her last post on March 9, shared on her private Instagram account, was of the kids at Disneyland, both smiling in their Disney sweatshirts, which she captioned, “Happiest place on earth!”

Brennan Elliott Has Been Stepping Back Into Work

In the days prior to his update about vacation, Elliott shared multiple posts behind the scenes of a photo shoot. The star is getting ready to step back into acting, sharing on July 13 that he was filming his first project since Row’s death.

He wrote in the caption of his post, “It’s always a mix of excitement and a challenge, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🙌 can’t wait for you all to see what’s coming up. It’s something really special!”

Elliott clarified in the comments that it was not a Hallmark movie, but he will also be stepping back into connecting with fans in-person later in the year. In December, he’s scheduled to appear at Christmas Con in New Jersey and at one the Hallmark Christmas Experience weekends in Kansas City.
