Celebrity chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay opened his first restaurant Aubergine, in Los Angeles in 1993. Since then the Michelin-starred chef has opened dozens of successful eateries across the world. In the US alone, Ramsay’s name adorns properties like Ramsay’s Kitchen, Lucky Cat, and a number of Hell’s Kitchen restaurant locations.
Inspired by FOX’s award-winning reality cooking competition series “Hell’s Kitchen,” which has featured Ramsay as its host since it debuted in 2005, the very first Hell’s Kitchen restaurant opened in front of Caesar’s Palace on the Las Vegas Strip in 2018. Since then, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants (Ramsay’s own restaurant group) has opened Hell’s Kitchen locations in Atlantic City, Miami, Foxwoods, Washington, D.C., Lake Tahoe and Southern California.
In June 2025, Ramsay’s restaurant group opened the latest Hell’s Kitchen location, marking the restaurant’s first foray into the European market.
Hell’s Kitchen Opens its Doors in Ibiza, Spain
Just months before the premiere of “Hell’s Kitchen” Season 24, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants joined forces with Palladium Hotel Group to open Europe’s first-ever Hell’s Kitchen restaurant in Spain. Settled in the heart of Ibiza’s Playa de’n Bossa, the newly-opened restaurant is located within The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel.
“I couldn’t be more excited to bring Hell’s Kitchen to Ibiza this summer season,” said Ramsay in an interview ahead of the restaurant’s June 12 opening. “With its incredible energy, vibrant nightlight, and world-class cuisine, Ibiza is the perfect destination to deliver this one-of-a-kind Hell’s Kitchen experience. I can’t wait to introduce a whole new level of dining to the island.”

Andy Wenlock, CEO of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants similarly commented to the recent venture after its opening, telling Forbes: “Partnering with Palladium Hotel Group has allowed us to deliver an experience that stays true to the Hell’s Kitchen brand while thoughtfully reflecting the character and spirit of Ibiza.”
Unlike other Hell’s Kitchen locations, the Ibiza restaurant promises customers a high-energy, entertaining environment that matches the city’s buzzing nightlife.
“From exclusive dishes and cocktails that reflect Ibizan culture, to a seamless connection between dinner and nightlife, this exciting new site reimagines what the Hell’s Kitchen experience can be in an exciting European luxury environment,” added Wenlock.
Here’s What’s on the Menu at Hell’s Kitchen Ibiza
The newly-opened restaurant features classic “Hell’s Kitchen” dishes like lobster risotto, pan-seared scallops, and, of course, Ramsay’s signature beef wellington, as well as new menu additions that celebrate the flavors and ingredients of Spain, including whole grilled branzino and Hellfire gambas. For desert, guests will have the opportunity to tuck into delectable dishes like sticky toffee pudding and Basque-style cheesecake.
The mouth-watering dishes are prepared by Ramsay’s skilled team of chefs in the restaurant’s expansive open kitchen, providing guests with an immersive dining experience.

“Our expert culinary team has drawn inspiration from Ibiza’s rich local ingredients, Mediterranean heritage, and food culture to create a selection of exclusive dishes unique to this location,” said Wenlock. “While guests may notice global influences in some of the flavors, including subtle spice profiles, the focus remains on capturing the spirit and essence of Ibiza through every plate.”
Hell’s Kitchen Ibiza visitors can similarly indulge themselves ahead of a night out on the town with signature cocktails like the Eighteen Stars, made with tequila, cointreau, yellow pepper, passion fruit and lime, and The Thyme Traveller, made with hierbas ibicencas, Ibiza’s signature anise-flavored spirit.
