‘DWTS’ Pro Daniella Karagach Already Predicts Who Will Make the Finale

Only two cast members for season 34 of “Dancing With the Stars” have been announced, and already, professional partner Daniella Karagach is hedging her bets. “We’re starting off with a bang!” Daniella told Us Weekly during a recent interview. She already has an idea about who may win the coveted Mirrorball trophy.

The series is celebrating its 20th anniversary this season, and the excitement surrounding it is palpable.

Alix Earle and Robert Irwin Could Go the Distance, According to Daniella Karagach

Social media personality, Alix Earle, and Australian television presenter, Robert Irwin, have been named as the first two incoming cast members of “Dancing With the Stars,” and Karagach already has great expectations for them.

“[Alix Earle and Robert Irwin] are probably gonna be in the finale. Alix, just with her votes alone, and then Robert is just such a sweetheart. I’m sure they’re gonna do really well,” said Daniella in a new interview with US Weekly. Since “Dancing With the Stars” is currently the only dance show left on television, the pro believes that a new generation of influencers will help to refresh the series.

Daniella Karagach Believes That Celebrities Look Different These Days

When the ballroom opened for its very first season back in 2025, the cast looked quite a bit different. Film stars, athletes, and television stars were all near the top of the show’s wish list. Now, reality stars and social media influencers are leading the way.

“Reality stars [and influencers] nowadays, they’re our celebrities. I know there are a lot of people who don’t understand the celebrity status [for the show] and are [asking], ‘Why are these TikTok [stars going on DWTS]?’ Because that’s what we are watching nowadays!” she told US Weekly.

“They’re on our screens all the time. People are on their phones. Before it was the actors and musicians. Now it’s people like Alix Earle who we’re all looking up to. We’re watching her and we’re like, ‘Oh, I want to hear what she has to say. I see her on the screen all the time, let me meet her in person, that’d be cool, ” explains Daniella.

Since “Dancing With the Stars” has cross appeal and needs to grab the attention of viewers of all ages, Daniella believes that blending a cast of actors, athletes, and internet stars is most certainly what will continue to bring the series success.
