5 Photos From Derek Hough & Hayley Erbert’s Holiday Tour

Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert spent the holiday season on the road.

The beloved “Dancing with the Stars” couple recently wrapped the “Derek Hough Dance for the Holidays” tour. The 38-city tour kicked off on November 1, 2024, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and traveled to dozens of cities before ending with a two-nighter in Mesa, Arizona on December 29, per a PR Newswire press release.

A highlight of the tour was a pit stop in the Washington, D.C. area where the couple returned to the stage where they performed right before Erbert underwent emergency brain surgery in December 2023.

Hough captioned an Instagram post on December 6 to share the special moment in which they invited his wife’s surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Mai, to join them onstage during their “Dance for the Holidays” tour.

Take a look at some other show highlights with five photos from the “Dance for the Holidays” tour below.

Hough previously told “Live With Kelly & Mark” that his first-ever Christmas show was a “great show for the whole family.”  “I mean, the music, the costumes just the feeling,” he told hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelous.

“And this year has been kind of a year of miracles for us, and so to sort of like bring that into the show it’s going to be a great show for the whole family,” he added.

Hough previously promised that the show was his most spectacular yet—and he wasn’t exaggerating.

“It’s funny – when we first said that we were doing a holiday Christmas show, I thought, ‘Oh, this will be kind of fun and easy, step touches and stuff,’” he told Access Hollywood in November. “[But] it’s the most intricate, full-out show we’ve ever done – and we’ve done a lot of tours, a lot of shows.”

“We have an incredible cast of dancers who are all just remarkable, plus a live band and elaborate costumes and lighting. It’s a full production,” he added in an interview with First for Women.

He teased some of the routines on Facebook. “1: My Beautiful Miracle 2: Most Wonderful Time Of Year 3: Halo Hula hoop dancin 4: The grinch Stealing The Gift 5: All I want for Christmas is you 6: The Grinch Tango.”

One year ago, Hough had no idea if his wife would dance again. Following her miraculous recovery, Hough told The Knockturnal that dancing with Erbert was the greatest gift he could ever have.

“To be on stage dancing with my wife again… to have that moment together each night with the audience, it’s really special,” he said. “I’m impressed by her every day.”
